Pressing [Try Again] and F1 does absolutely nothing. Uninstalling and reinstalling also fails to fix this issue. I've restarted as well, and that doesn't help. I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps. Other remedies may be, but not limited to; a. If running in Chrome Browser, type in the address bar, "about":"plugins" without the quotes fir hit enter. Upper right hand corner click on "Details" Any of the plugins that contain this "pepflashplayer", disable it. Usually it's the first plugin. Hope this helps.
